The breakfast was amazing with so many organic options. Staff were lovely! DEFINITELY coming back. Photos don't do justice to the comfortable rooms.

The high tech gadgets in the room were a blast – controlling everything through an iPad was pretty cool. Good location smack dab in the center of town. Terrific self-serve breakfast, even had vegan options. 🌟 Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and an overall stylish vibe. The TV in our room was a bit glitchy, played on repeat even when our phone was turned off, but no biggie, we just unplugged it in the end.

They were welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. the location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the train station, next to Tivoli, which offers plenty of great places to explore. the 7th-floor lounge has a great view and is chic and comfortable. the staff is very nice and provides a superb view. the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, as it is close to all main spots and public transportation.

One thing that could be improved is having clearer signage within the hotel, as it was a bit difficult to find our way around at first. having tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been a nice touch for added convenience.

The social hub of the hotel is the L-shaped lounge and bar on the top floor, where I checked in and enjoyed the ravishing views. The location is also fabulous, right by the metro and Tivoli.

During our recent holiday in Copenhagen, we decided to stay at Citizen M, just like we did in Taipei. And once again, Citizen M exceeded our expectations. the comfort of the bed and pillow was exceptional, ensuring a good night's sleep. the room itself was clean and bright, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Its central location near the city hall and shopping street was ideal, and we appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store and supermarket just a short walk away.

I stayed at a hotel that felt more like a modern art gallery than a typical lodging! Everywhere you looked, there was something cool to gaze at. The rooftop bar was my favourite spot, offering views that made my heart feel cheerful. They even had a mini shop with quirky goodies I couldn't resist buying. I loved how the lounge area felt like a cosy living room packed with interesting books and funky furniture. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. And that's no small feat! The modern and vibrant ambience made it a perfect fit for our large family. Our humongous citizenM bed and fluffy pillows provided everyone with a super comfy stay. Being just across from the town hall and shopping street, we had an amazing time exploring the city and enjoying the fantastic location.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more family-friendly activities for kids, like a dedicated play area.

Ravishing views awaited me at the rooftop bar, making every other city's skyline seem like flat-pack furniture in comparison. Sipping on a cocktail, I felt like I was living inside an Instagram post, and the experience was undeniably delightful.
